Ellen Osterkamp, ISA CAPP

Ellen Osterkamp is a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). This level of membership in the society is achieved by attending intensive courses in the study of appraisal practice and theory. A comprehensive exam is given at the end of each course to test the appraiser's knowledge. Ellen is a third-generation ISA member, as well as a fourth-generation art dealer, specializing in Early California Fine Art and 19th/20th Century American and European paintings.
